I haven't received my order after purchase ...

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email after 1-3 days, be sure to check your Spam folder. If you still don’t receive an email including tracking number, please contact us through email right away. Our customer service will help you to provide you the up-to-date shipping information.

If your order has not received a status update in over two weeks, please contact us using the support button in the bottom right corner of the page and provide your order number as well as your tracking number. Our committed customer support staff will work to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I received my order and ...

We really do wish all our dear customers could get their items in perfect condition. If you happened to receive an item with missing parts or visible damages, we’ll work hard to rectify the situation.Please contract us through our online contact form and we will get back to your with solutions right away.

We're sorry to hear you're having problems with your purchase. If it's been 60 days since you bought it, your item is still covered by the manufacturer's one-year warranty. The contact information for your product can be found in the instruction manual.If you've misplaced the manual or are unsure who to contact, please contact us using the support button to the right of any page and provide us with your product's model number. We'll do everything we can to assist you.

We apologize for the mix-up because our goal is to send the correct thing to the right person at the right time. Simply send us a photo of the box, clearly showing the label for the item you received in error, as well as your purchase number. If possible, we will reimburse your order and suggest that the item be donated, or you may request that we give you a return label and arrange for a pickup.

So, if you like one of our items, we recommend that you buy it right away because temporary furniture collections do come to an end!

We know you are counting days for your package arriving your front door. Our goal is to ship your package within 3-5 business days so you can start cheering with your furry friends. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your orders has been shipped out.
